Simply select your required treatment and you'll be able to choose a date and time that suits you.
All bookings will incur a booking fee. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. No-shows or bookings that are cancelled with less than 72-hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Once the appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email.
The following services require a patch test* 48 hours prior to your appointment:
- all hair colouring services
- eyebrow/lash tinting
- eyelash extensions

If you are displaying any cold or flu symptoms, please contact us to rearrange your appointment. Unfortunately, we will have to ask you to leave the
salon if we believe you are displaying any cold or flu symptoms.
If you have travelled outside the UK, please do not visit the salon for 14 days from your return.
If you or a member your household are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or are unwell, please contact us to rearrange your appointment.
If you or anyone in your household is self-isolating, please contact us to rearrange your appointment.
If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please do not visit the salon for 14 days.
Please wear a mask. Please use the hand sanitiser provided.
Please arrive at the salon door at your appointment time and press the intercom button to gain entry. If there are any problems, contact 01823 414 182.
Where possible, please give at least 48 hours' notice of any cancelled appointments.
