Reflexology is a complementary therapy that treats the whole body, Its main principle is that by massaging and applying pressure to parts of the feet known as reflex areas, other corresponding and connected areas of the body will feel the benefit.  By creating deep relaxation, Reflexology is an amazing therapy for reduced stress.  It helps calm down the nervous system and allows the body to function more efficiently, which encourages a sense of balance and well-being.

As well as being a relaxing therapy, many conditions can be improved with the support of Reflexology, including: anxiety, stress, back pain, migraine, hormone imbalance, PMT, menopause, insomnia, digestive disorders and pain management to name but a few.

Janet is also qualified in Baby Reflex. This is specially adapted reflexology techniques to bring about a sense of calm and general wellbeing for both baby and parent
